As of 0800 EST, Gustave Flaubert School on Rue Albert Dupuis, Marcel Sembat High School in Sotteville-les-Rouen, Blaise Pascal High School in Rouen, Jean-Baptiste de la Salle School on Rue Saint-Gervais, and at least two other schools were evacuated.
