Footage has surfaced of Azeri soldiers looting and desecrating Armenian houses that have fallen under their control in Artsakh. In the below video, Azeri soldiers can be seen smashing a photograph of an Artsakh serviceman on the ground. Pieces of other picture frames can be seen on the ground in the video, meaning a number of photos were likely smashed outside the video.

In Stepanakert, many have started removing memorials to Artsakh and Armenian soldiers out of fear they will be desecrated or destroyed once Azerbaijan eventually takes hold of the city. Following the 2020 44-Day war, lots of footage surfaced of Azeri soldiers toppling over graves in Armenian gravesites.
