Further Refugee Transfers Take Place from Artsakh to Armenia

For the second day in a row further refugee transfers have taken place, allowing many to leave Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) and enter Armenia. As of 5PM local time, 6,650 civilians have left Artsakh, with more transfers planned as people pack up and head for the Lachin corridor. Footage below shows the Lachin corridor filled to the brim with vehicles, awaiting passage through Azerbaijan’s military checkpoint.

In total now above 5% of Artsakh’s 120,000 population have left across two days.
