Iraq’s Security Media Cell has announced that the Iraqi Counter-Terrorism Service (CTS), working in coordination with Kurdish Asayish forces, captured ISIS “foreign battalion” commander Abu Bakhari in Kirkuk. The media cell added that “The heroes of the Counter-Terrorism Service are pursuing the remnants of terrorist gangs and are continuing their qualitative operations in our beloved land.”
