There are incoming reports of unknown airstrikes, likely American, targeting Iran-backed militia positions in Deir ez-Zor, Albukamal, and Mayadeen, which are located in eastern Syria.
So far there has been no indication of casualties.
If these are confirmed to be American strikes, we will likely see retaliatory drone and missile strikes against American bases in the region, such as the al-Omar and Conoco gas and oil fields.
