US CENTCOM Denies Claims of American Casualties at al-Assad

The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) has denied claims that a recent attack against the al-Assad Airbase in Iraq by Iran-backed militia forces resulted in the deaths of at least two American soldiers, according to Fox Chief National Security Correspondent Jennifer Griffin.

Earlier today, the Islamic Resistance of Iraq, an umbrella organization of Iran-backed Shia militias, claimed responsibility for yet another explosive drone attack against al-Assad Airbase using explosive drones. Soon after, Iranian media and news outlets affiliated with Shia militias began reporting that strikes resulted in American fatalities, citing the Islamic Resistance of Iraq.
