Maine authorities have located the vehicle of the Lewiston gunman at a boat ramp in nearby Lisbon, Maine.
Authorities are currently surrounding the area, New Hampshire State Police helicopter on scene circling overhead.
The suspect, identified as Robert Card, left at least 16 people dead and dozens more wounded tonight during two separate mass shootings in Lewiston.
