According to Seamus Hughes, a senior research faculty at the University of Nebraska Omaha’s National Counterterrorism Innovation, Technology, and Education, a reported U.S. Army service member has been arrested at Fort Campbell, Kentucky for cyberstalking a judge and a senior U.S. Army Commander.

The service member in question appears to be Cass Busbin, a soldier in the U.S. Army.
