Iran state media have reported dozens of casualties following two explosions at a memorial service for IRGC General Qasem Soleimani in Kerman, Iran.
Initial casualty counts are at 20 dead and 50 wounded.
Exact cause of blasts and who/what was behind them remains unclear.
