At approximately 1549, NBC New York first reported the collision of two subway cars near West 96th Street and Broadway in New York City. The MTA is investigating after a commuter car rear ended a work car and injured eight people.
As of this publication, the 1 Train has been suspended from South Ferry-Whitehall to 137th Street-City College Station.
1 train service is suspended between South Ferry and 137 St-City College in both directions.
