Voters in both Illinois and Massachusetts filed motions on January 4, 2024, to remove former President Donald Trump from the 2024 Presidential Election ballot. This comes after Colorado’s Supreme Court ruled that Trump was not eligible to run for President in the state and Maine’s Secretary of State, Shenna Bellows, disqualified Trump from the ballot. These two motions were filed by the liberal advocacy group known as Free Speech For People according to CNN.
