Renewed US Strikes Against Houthis in Yemen

The United States military has carried out additional Tomahawk cruise missile strikes against Houthi anti-ship ballistic missile sites in Yemen, officials have told Fox News and Reuters.

The strikes come one day after the Houthis carried out an attack on the American owned and operated bulk carrier M/V Gibraltar Eagle in the Red Sea.

Since Thursday, the United States has carried out strikes targeting command and control nodes, munitions depots, launching systems, production facilities, and air defense radar systems in response to continued attacks against commercial vessels in the region.
