Local sources have reported air activity over Deir Ezzor, eastern Syria, which could indicate the start of the second round of retaliatory strikes by the United States against militia and IRGC targets.
The United States has stated that strikes would be carried out in waves.
The first retaliatory operations were carried out on February 2, which consisted of 125 strikes against 85 targets in Iraq and Syria.
