In a statement made through its Amaq news agency, the Islamic State has claimed responsibility for the attack at the Crocus City Hall entertainment complex in Moscow, claiming that hundreds have been killed and wounded.
At least four attackers remain at large. Initial casualty counts are at 40 dead and 100 wounded.
