Hezbollah Claims Responsibility for IED Blast on Lebanon Border, Five IDF Troops Injured

At approximately 0320 EST, initial reported indicated that five IDF troops were injured in an explosion in Adamit, Israel along the Israel-Lebanon border. Initial reports claimed that unexploded ordinance detonated and injured the personnel.

By 0445 EST, the IDF officially recognized the results of the explosion.

By 0600 EST, Hezbollah-linked telegram pages praised the incident and claimed responsibility for planting IEDs along the border which they say is what resulted in the injuries. However, this has not been confirmed by the IDF or third-party sources.
