According to Ukrainian media outlet Pravda, evacuation orders have been given to the towns of Bilopillia and Vorozhba in Sumy Oblast, which sits directly on the border with Russia.
The order comes amid reports by Ukraine’s military that Russian forces have increased activity along the border through shelling and reconnaissance groups, raising fears of another incursion operation to the likes of Kharkiv.
