Russian media have reported that an explosion at the Budyonny Military Academy of Communications in St. Petersburg has left several people wounded.
While the exact cause is unclear, some Russian reports have suggested that training ammunition exploded in the basement of one of the buildings.
Despite claims from pro-Ukrainian sources, there is no indication at this time that the blast was caused by a drone strike.
