The International Court of Justice (ICJ) has officially rejected Mexico’s case against Ecuador over the April 5th, 2024, raid on their embassy in Quito to apprehend former-Vice President Jorge Glas. The Mexican government was seeking to suspend Ecuador from the United Nations over its violation of Mexico’s diplomatic rights through the raid.
