Update (1611 EST): The Youngstown Police chief has told press there have been no fatalities and that bomb squad personnel are on scene. Multiple injured people have been removed from the site.
At approximately 1515 EST, a large explosion was detected at the Chase Bank Building on Market Street in Youngstown, Ohio. The source of the explosion has been identified as an underground gas leak. Several people have been reported injured and emergency services are on scene.
