U.S. Volunteer in Ukraine Killed, Identified

Another U.S. citizen has been killed while fighting for the Ukrainian Foreign Legion in Ukraine. Russian Governor Kozhemyako, Primorsky Krai identified the American during his visit to the front lines. He told his Telegram followers that the American was killed during an attack on the camp of the 155th Separate Guards Brigade of the Pacific Fleet which is currently fighting in Eastern Ukraine. This is the same unit that was engaged in Bucha in the beginning of the Russian invasion.

The American has been identified as Joshua Alan by pictures of his passport uploaded by Russian soldiers to Telegram. The U.S. State Department has confirmed that an American was killed to Newsweek. This publication is the first to receive the pictures which are still waiting officials confirmation.
