Krasnodar Russian Military Mobilization Deputy Head Reportedly Shot

Update (1448 EST): According to Russian-state owned media through the Krasnodar, Russia city government, Rzhitsky has been killed by multiple gunshot wounds to the chest and head.

Initial reports are emerging indicating that the Deputy Head of Russian military mobilization efforts in Krasnodar, Russia has been shot in the city.

According to the Telegram page SHOT, 42-year-old Stanislav Rzhitsky, was shot during a morning run near the Olimp Sports Complex by an armed man that was guarding the complex.

He was the commander of the Krasnodar submarine and a captain of the 2nd rank.
