Suicide Bombing Kills At Least 17, Pul-e-Khumri, Afghanistan

At approximately 0600 EST, initial reports indicated a large explosion at the Imam Zaman Mosque, located on the first road of Silavi, Pul-Khumri,Afghanistan.

By 0630 EST, the death toll was suspected to be at least 17 with 20 more injured. However, that number is expected to rise.
