China Seeks to Strengthen Ties with North Korea

North Korean state-owned media outlet KCNA reported that Chinese President Xi Jinping sent a letter to Kim Jong Un stating that China wants to further strengthen ties with the DPRK and partner up to establish “global peace, stability and prosperity.”
