Update (0755 EST): London Bomb Disposal unit conduct controlled detonation of suspicious package and call the all-clear for Parliament workers to return to Whitehall.
London police have cordoned off Downing Street where the major offices of the U.K. Government reside and so business after a suspicious package prompted bomb disposal units to respond to the area.
