Multiple Explosions and Collapse Shut Down I-95, Philadelphia

UPDATE (1006 EST):

At approximately 0720 EST, a tanker truck crashed near the Cottam Avenue overpass on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. By 0900 that fire had reignited and caused several explosions which led to the collapse of the overpass.

Emergency responders seemed to have extinguished the fire by 0800, however, it reginted around 0830, causing severe collapse.

There have been no confirmed reports of casualties as of this publication. This is developing.
