I was just briefed by @PEMAHQ, @PennDOTNews, and @PAStatePolice on the I-95 fire and collapse in Philadelphia.
State Police and PEMA are on the scene assisting local first responders and @PennDOTSec and his team are en route to assess the situation and address traffic needs.

At approximately 0720 EST, a tanker truck crashed near the Cottam Avenue overpass on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. By 0900 that fire had reignited and caused several explosions which led to the collapse of the overpass.

Emergency responders seemed to have extinguished the fire by 0800, however, it reginted around 0830, causing severe collapse.
