Since 1330 EST, a police operation has been underway at the Woodstock-Houston border crossing between Canada and the United States. Moments ago, Canadian Border Services confirmed an incident occurred and Maine State Police confirmed they had fired shots at a man who they claimed had explosives in his vehicle.
